The Client
iH Digital Kiosks is an international award-winning design-led self-service kiosk manufacturer. The company designs, builds, and innovates business solutions to make technology more accessible for all. Kiosks can be customised to reflect a company’s brand and can be mass-produced on a large scale. Clients are in the aviation, healthcare, entertainment, and gaming industries.
The Challenge
The goal was all about lead generation and we were tasked with supercharging the company’s customer acquisition. We were also instructed to formalise internal Marketing processes while growing the internal Marketing team before exiting. Lead targets were to increase leads by a minimum of 50% during the first 12 months to help support the company’s growth targets.
The Results
During a 2-month audit we took a deep-dive into all of the existing Marketing processes, analysing their effectiveness, ROI, and level of success. Following this, we undertook a cost-cutting initiative that saved the company £90,000 over 12 months. We also undertook a thorough tender process to identify and then replace some of their existing agencies with more cost-effective recommendations. Over the 12 months, we led the overall Marketing initiatives to create £5.5 million of opportunities. Our initial lead increase target had been set at 50% which was exceeded as we increased leads by 152% within 6 months. The Chief Revenue Officer and leadership team were delighted with the direction of the Marketing and the results speak for themselves.
