The Client

Infinity Energy Services is an award-winning supplier and installer of a wide range of renewable energy solutions to both residential and commercial customers. They are trusted installers of the renewable industries most advanced energy solutions, including Solar Panels, Battery Storage, Air Conditioning, and Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP). Their products align seamlessly with their mission to decarbonise homes as quickly as possible and to save people money through electrification.

Based in Southampton, Infinity was established in 2011 by its Managing Director, Daniel Hanslip, and prides itself on being a market-leader for solar PV systems in the south. The company has built a superb reputation by operating from three locations across the South Coast and South West of England. The initial time of contact was January 2024, when we were informed about their ambitious growth journey and the challenge that lay ahead.

The Challenge

The goal was to significantly improve Infinity’s presence in the market by repositioning them as the premium installer of Solar technology in residential homes. Customer acquisition targets were to increase leads by a minimum of 50% during the first 6 months to help support the company’s growth targets for the forthcoming year.

The Results

By implementing a pre-agreed 100-day plan, we were able to successfully modernise Infinity’s marketing efforts and achieve an enormous 96% increase in leads during just the first quarter. Within 6 months, we had created £10.9 million of opportunities for the Infinity Sales team to convert. The Managing Director and leadership team were delighted with the results as you can see below:
